The design difference between ordinary carton and heavy-duty carton:

  Normal carton, generally called three framed box, which consists of three layers, that is liner board on the outside, corrugated paper the middle, and cardboard paper inside, like beer case, milk box, instant noodle boxes. The bearing is relatively small, generally uses B or E corrugated paper.

  Heavy-duty carton, there are five layers, also known as five framed box, composed with liner board, corrugated paper, medium, corrugated paper, and cardboard paper. It’s commonly used in cooking oil boxes with barrels and household electrical appliances, such as TV, washing machine, etc.

  Corrugated carton, generally adopts outer with B and layer with A. Its crush resistance and puncture resistance are greater than the three framed box. Seven layer carton, also called seven framed box, is consisted of liner board, corrugated paper, medium, corrugated paper, medium, corrugated paper, and cardboard paper. It’s commonly used to pack some machinery, equipment, and large household appliances. The combination of the corrugated paper is generally B and A. Its crush resistance and puncture resistance are greater than the former two.

   Honeycomb carton, which break the traditional form of corrugated paper box, is consisted of corrugated board paper outside and inside, while the intermediate is made like a honeycomb. It’s normally used to transport mechanical equipment, for it’s high crush strength.
